My grandfather left today.

It’s quite funny how I actually didn’t want to meet him in the first place but in the end, I thought I might as well and it turned out that he’s the best grandpa in the world! I am very lucky, I must say, to have such grandpa. He can be mean (according to him) and stuff but at the end of the day, he’s really a good grandfather. I made him very angry once but he didn’t scold me or said anything just because I’m his grandson. He drove me around when I needed transport, gave me his car when I needed it, bought me food and introduced me to some really friendly people like Andy, Colina and Calvin, who once brought Kueh Chap for Angeles all the way from Kuching!

He asked me to help him to make a video because apparently May asked him about tattoo about a year ago or something like that, and to answer May’s question, he decided to make this video. And since both him and May are super duper nice people, I thought, why not?! :)

I met up with Myra after sending my grandfather off at the airport. I haven’t seen her since September last year. She’s an Australian but her parents live in Kuching, and she comes here every so often and this time she’s back for the entire February!

It’s time to change to three and move to Melbourne, Myra!

Andy dropped me off and I met both her and my brother Niggy at the Spring’s Starbucks. I am becoming a fan of the Spring’s Starbucks just because everyone is so damn friendly. Or is it just me? After exchanging a few lines, the lady at the counter gave me two shots of espresso for the price of one. And to top that up, the manager decided to give us a slice of blueberry cheesecake on the house! :) I know half of the people working there, even the managers, just because I go there way too often. And I always get free stuff from drinks to mugs, to coasters.

And on another totally unrelated note, someone promised me free flow alcohol if he gets into a uni, but in the end decided to just buy me free flow alcohol even if he doesn’t get in! LOL. So free flow alcohol we had on a Friday night.

Sharon dropped by but kept herself away from the sinful alcohol because she was sick.

p/s: I just read that one of Hong Kong’s BEST comedian/host passed away at the age of 60. Lydia Shum is her name, who was also popular known as Fei Jeh, Fei Fei, and Hoi Sam Ko. Sighs!
