After meeting Dougie, Sam and Lachy on the first day, we had dinner at a Chinese fast food place, and that night we went over to Greco at Crown Casino for some good coffee and cakes - Melbourne is the city of coffee and chocolate if you don’t already know!

The next day, my two tour guides brought me all around Melbourne city. We had fish ‘n’ chips at a place I call “Little Europe” because it does look like one!

And then we went for chocolate at Max Brenner. You cannot possibly (like SERIOUSLY) give Max Brenner a miss.

Then there was more shopping, and then we met Shen for coffee at San Churro (another REALLY REALLY SERIOUSLY GOOD CHOCOLATE PLACE!).

Shen, Dict and Selm went home first whilst I walked around QV and Melbourne Central where I met Betty Koh! What are the odds of meeting your ex-classmate whose studying in Adelaide, IN MELBOURNE?! Initially I had doubts that is was her, but gave it a shot and called out her name.
Then we went for crepe! Mixed berries crepe. Super yum!

Then I caught up with Lachy again, and we sat in the lawn outside the State library with our Starbucks Coffee talking about our lives, Reach Out! and everything else.
Back home, Dict and Selm cooked up a storm! Dict made some really good fish, and Selm made KA CA MA (Sarawakian Herbal Chicken)! It’s one of those things you crave for when you’re here especially in winter!!! I underestimated these two men’s cooking ability. :P

Don’t ask how he cooks with a chopper in his hand. Cos I don’t want to know the cooking process, I only care about the finished product.

The night was spent in a club drinking until about 2am when I had a bad headache and decided to take the cab home!
