In neuroscience, we learned about a complex system in vision, and because of that system, some artists are able to paint random shape and we are able to make sense of it. I was going to search for some art pieces as examples but alas, I can’t remember the artists’ names, so let’s forget that - I only remember one of the paintings was a tree with abstract shapes.
Anyway, after our lecturer told us that some artists earn as much as 2 million per piece of art, I announced to the entire class, “THAT’S IT! I’m gonna quit uni, take LSD and start drawing!” in which everyone laughed - people don’t always take me seriously. Sighs!
(Note: LSD is a drug which gives you hallucination and IS BAD!)
Anyway, we have a poster due today and we had to paint it cos we got it printed in black and white. It was MASSIVE - we almost needed a crane to carry it to uni. The painting is a good practice towards my artist dream though.
:D

How funny is it, 3rd year students painting!! And we spent like 3 hours on it!! I had paint all over my fingers, and I was walking around the hospital with paints all over my fingers!

But alas, our presentation went well and let’s just hope we got a pretty good mark for it! :)I’m looking forward to next next week when the first year have their poster exhibition though where I get to mark instead of getting marked!! :D And of course, FREE BBQ!! Woooo!
